Childrens Sunglasses

Many parents in the UK seem to forget about the damage causes to the eyes of children by the sun.  No parent these days lets their children in the sun without sunscreen for their skin.  However many do not seem to be aware that the majority of UV damage to a person's eyes occurs before the age of 9 years old?  Most adults are aware of the discomfort experienced in the eyes caused by glare from the sun therefore they wear sunglasses.  Unfortunately too often parents, particularly in the UK, do not seem to appreciate the need for sunglasses for their kids.

The Big Optician has a wonderful collection of sunglasses for babies and young children from the Italian company Centrostyle, who specialise in children's sunglasses.  The sunglasses are virtually unbreakable, protect the eyes and are made from a soft-to-the-touch material that even the most fractious of child seems not to mind wearing.
